All orders paid with Coinbase Commerce should process automatically and show up as pending, then paid in your administration dashboard within just a few seconds of a payment being submitted. If this isn't happening for you, it likely means you've missed a step of the setup process.
1. Make sure you've added a Webhook Subscription for ATShop to your Coinbase Commerce Settings Page.
First head to your ATShop payment gateway settings page to grab your subscription URI.
Once you have your URI, head to your Coinbase Commerce settings page, click on "Add an endpoint" under the "Webhook subscriptions" section and paste the URL you got from your ATShop settings.
2. Make sure your "Shared secret" matches the secret you've saved in your ATShop Gateway Settings.
First head to your Coinbase Commerce settings page and scroll down to the "Webhook Subscriptions" section and click "Show shared secret".
Copy the secret and head into your ATShop payment gateway settings page for Coinbase Commerce. Paste the secret you copied from Coinbase Commerce into the "Shared Secret" field and hit "Save".
