What is ATShop?

We're an E-Commerce SaaS (Software as a Service). We provide a web based software solution for business owners to sell digital merchandise.

What is a Merchant?

Merchants are independent businesses who sell all types of products on our platform. This can can be anything, ranging from CD keys and other software licenses to gift codes and other virtual goods. You likely got redirected to this page in connection to a question you had about a Merchant's shop.

Why is this important?

We, (ATShop) have no affiliation with Merchants and cannot assist you with any product purchased from them. In addition, we have no control over any payments sent to Merchants. As such; We have no means of refunding a given payment sent to a Merchant.

Getting support

In order to get assistance for a product you purchased, you need to get in touch directly with the merchant. This is in most cases as easy as going back to the website you purchased your products from, and looking for a social media or support widget in the lower right-hand corner of their shop.

Sometimes a Merchant might add their contact information within a product on their shop, so it can be a good idea to take a minute look for something that'd indicate contact information.

Where not to get support

Clicking the support widget you see on this page, will only get you in touch with us. (ATShop), which is likely not what you want as there wouldn't be much we can help you with. 😅
