Merchants and ATShop
Before getting into this process, it can be a good idea to brush up on the difference between ATShop and Merchants.
Getting support
In order to get assistance for a product you purchased, you need to get in touch directly with the Merchant. This is in most cases as easy as going back to the website you purchased your products from, and looking for a social media or support widget in the lower right-hand corner of their shop.
You'll generally find one of three things, a live support widget, a Twitter link or a link to a Discord server.
If you can't find any of these, the Merchant might've placed their contact information within their terms of service or within a product description. So it can be a good idea to take a minute to look through the shop to find something that'd indicate contact information.
No contact info?
If you can't find any contact information what so ever, there is a good chance that the Merchant simply forgot to add it! If this is the case, we can get in touch with the merchant to let them know. Apart from advising them, there isn't a whole lot we can do.
